Being the Geography lead at Templars, I really love seeing all the fantastic Geography learning you do at school and home. If you would like to share your work with me, you can tag me on Twitter @4AMrsArnold or ask your teacher to come and show me!

  • Create your own maps using MapChart
Can you create your own maps of the places you are learning about this term? Click which map you would like to create, choosing from the tabs at the top. There are so many different maps and features to explore - hours and hours of fun! I would love to see your creations.

  • Travel the world through Google Earth!
You can go anywhere on Earth from the comfort of your own home. You could find your home, your school, local shops, the Eiffel Tower, pyramids, rivers, cities, beaches...the choices are endless! Search for a place using the search bar or simply explore and see what amazing sights the world has to offer. The places are shown from a birds-eye view, but you can also go onto street view by clicking the person in the bottom right corner.

  • Click here to see how Coventry has changed over the years
A fantastic tool to see how how places have changed over the years. The map on the left can be changed to different ranges of years and the one on the right is how the place is today. Start by looking at our city - Coventry. Compare the two maps shown - what is the same? What is different? How has Coventry changed? Try changing the year to even earlier. You can also look at different places too.

  • National Geographic Kids
